NEARING THE END

The Tour is nearing the end and everyone is frantically trying to get to the finish line!

WESTPORT opened its doors in 1996. Manager and avid triathlete, JAN SCHOLE along with Ian Gelman will not only welcome you to Westport but will share racing tips as you cycle through.

Evan Lyons has passed the drug testing

Evan Lyons has completed his drug testing and is free to continue the tour.


Rod Ciardullo, Chad Ripley and Brian Lange have gotten out of the Orlando Warehouse and are all stuck in Elkridge now! Boy these warehouses are causing havock on the tour!

The 27th leg of the tour is STORE #12, STAMFORD, where Manager Chad Ripley has been camping out at since the doors opened in March 2001. Soon after, Chad brought his sister, Lisa on board and they became GYM SOURCE's only brother/sister team. There's no sibling rivalry here! This team continues to strive to make Stamford a success.

MANHASSET opened its doors in February 2004 when Isaac Nachbar joined our team. Manhasset started out as a small store which was expanded last year. The expansion was minor but their numbers have been major; making them a big number store.

Store 10 started out as an outlet store in New Hyde Park in 1999 and that's is where I first met my friend and yours, Bill K.

Jenn Morrison (now known as the warehouse jumper) has sprinted from Elkridge to Teterboro; wow, her stamina is just amazing!

Dan, who came in 3rd place last year, was determined to take the yellow jersey this year.

All of that training really paid off.

Dan won by having a 10k sale, Selling 4 Power Plates, Selling over $500 in accessories on 6 separate days and selling a lot of OOB/OldInventory and Demo stuff.

Is fatigue setting in?

The lead pack has slowed its pace; it fatigue setting in?
Keith Och, noticing the slow down, pushes through the Jersey hills and now he is tied with Norm for 4th place. Does he have the strength to overtake Evan?
Back in Elkridge, Jenn Morrison and John Geraghty have joined the 2nd pack of riders.

The 20th leg of the TOUR is STORE # 9, PARAMUS.
PARAMUS was the 3rd GYM SOURCE expansion store back in the mid 90s.
PARAMUS changed locations in 1999 and the store # changed from 003 to 009.
Did you know that Paramus must abide by the 'blue laws' and is unable to open on Sundays? Today, PARAMUS is the second home to our only same-store husband and wife team "TERRYANDBEA".

The 18th leg of the tour is STORE #17, PRINCETON.

PRINCETON originally opened its doors in November 2003. After a couple of years, it was determined that it needed to be in a better location and so the search began. The original store closed its doors in November 2006 and after a year of negotiaions, the new PRINCETON store opened in November 2007. THE DRUG TEST RESULTS ARE IN . . . . ..

Dan can now move out of Attleboro and go for the win!

MAPLE SHADE was opened after we closed our Cherry Hill Store.
Known for its loud exterior, this free-standing store used to be a PizzaHut.

TEAM VILLA HAS A WINNING COMBINATION

The 16th leg of our TOUR is VILLANOVA, STORE # 31.


VILLA opened its doors in October 2002 and is the only Pennsylvania store in the GYM SOURCE empire!
VILLANOVA has a winning combination these days and they are all about GYM SOURCE! Veteran Brian Lange (who always greets me with the biggest M A R T H A he can conjure up) and rookie Alex Schwab are working to make little Villa and big player in GS. Brian Lange is so committed to his customers that when one of our trucks broke down, he jumped into action!

DOPE TESTING HAS BEGUN!

Dan Goulet is in the final stretch of the TOUR and we all know what that means;
IT'S DRUG TESTING TIME!
Everyone must make a pit stop in ATTLEBORO and be tested.
Once again, anyone caught doping will be disqualified from the tour and forfeit all prizes.
Once your results are verified and you are clean,
all that's left is the FINISH LINE!
Will Dan pass the testing and be the official winner of the TOURdeSOURCE???

NAVIGATING THE HILLS OF THE MID-ATLANTIC

I FINALLY GOT OUT OF THE STARTING LINE!
And now I am stuck in the Orlando Warehouse!
That's OK! I'm going add a little more women power to the place!
But I may not be there too long.
Rumor has it that Evil Dave is updating his list with lots of goodies!

Everyone is starting to settle into the ride. Florida, with its flat terrain was easy for many to get through and this year we didn't have any hurricanes to deal with. But now we are entering the MidAtlantic Region and the hills that come along with it. This is where the best of riders shine!

ROAD BLOCK #2 - THE ORLANDO WAREHOUSE



Like most of you, I'm stuck in a warehouse needing to sell an OOB or Old Inventory item. Where are all those bargain hunters when you need them???
But warehouses are great places to hang out in! They are filled with the people that complete our sales process and many times make us look good to the customer.
The Orlando Warehouse also hosts, my dear Columbo, Jason Kalisher.
(How the sunglasses went from black to blue, I don't know. If must be a Florida thing).
